in a normal market PAN would soar
This is not normal--------- as PAN's SP is being suppressed and Buyers know that ....and will not bid higher when they know that they are able to buy cheaply.

The other important consideration---- who are the buyers???
If those suppressing the SP are both seller and a buyer, they can sell for a long time without any real cost --- it only gets serious for them when other big buyers get involved in the sales as it actually is a 'sale'- not a transfer from one account to another and they start to run out of shares to sell (hopefully no one loans them more to short)

If there is no TO bid before June PAN should break out of the shackles PROVIDED it continues to ship every two months and be profitable. Cheers
