re: Ann: Scrip-Cash Offer for PacMag by Entre... On a US$ price today for Entree shares of $2.50, this values PMH shares at 28.38c by my reckoning. It is little disappointing that there is not some immediate premium, given that the date of the proposed transaction is 6 months away. However, as was pointed out earlier, Entree itself may be boosted significantly by the acquisition, and the extra value may lie in this equation, or at least this is probably what the PMH management think. I must say that I am not surprised. I believed that PMH's cash position demanded some significant action regarding the attraction of a JV partner in some shape or form. I am now hoping that Entree have sought to acquire PMH in order to move forward with speed at both Yerington and Sentinel.
