Ok, some potentially good news.

I have just had a returned call from the EPA (I rang two days ago and left a message). This lady (I won't name her here) said that we were bumped from the board mtg today and our esd will now be heard by the Chair of the board next Wednesday. This lady will be presenting it to the chair. Indication is that, she certainly didn't say specifically, but is positive imo based on the conversation..
The reasons for the bump are the "constant changes in legislation" and the Chair will be hearing more cases and only referring back to the Board if necessary.
This lady also mentioned that she has been liaising with Prestons a lot.

I doubt that Bruce will provide an ann on this (no need) just should come out immediately after next Wednesday's meeting.

I'm pretty bouyed by this phone call as the ESD is probably the biggest step forward we can make atm. I have now changed my sentiment back to buy.
