In fairness, there is not a lot they can do, otherwise PC would have done it years ago. I believe that there is no Western financing available for a small African graphite project with very limited EV exposure. Everything hangs on a Chinese shareholder that has kept everything in stalemate for years and there is no reason to believe this will change. Based on their profile, Jinan knows nothing about graphite or mining. I can't seem to find anything online on expandable graphite, massive growth in this space has been promised for 5 years.

So over this company
