This MOU is actually good news.

Despite the Market Volatility and what's happening with Ukraine and Russia. Lithium, Spodumene and Lepidolite will soon be renamed to 'Unobtainium'. Unobtanium will soon be used as the synonym for "Unobtainable" among current EFE Shareholders, ie; those people who are neither "downrampers" nor "ship-jumpers" but LT's, to denote an element that actually exists, but which is going to be very hard to obtain, in the future by the opposition, either because of the high price (sometimes referred to as "Unaffordium") or limited availability, a bit like EFE Shares in the very near future..
