MLS management are constantly in touch with their lawyers but no appeal date has been set.

My understanding is that there are a number of sitting sessions for the high court and that parties are usually notified three weeks prior to the court date.

There will not be another sitting for this year for the high court.

The geological team said that they have reviewed the data from Manindi and there is a copper anomally worth investigating that was not initially identified. Also that they believe that the zones of mineralisation already identified could extend further which will be worth investigation.

In addition the geological team have submitted applications for exploration for a prospective uranium tenament in W.A and four gold tenements in Vic which are awaiting approvals.
Notification of these will be made when approvals granted.
