    It is astounding that people are still "banking on" getting the license to move the SP.

    It will make no difference.
    None whatsoever.
    Not in this market.

    Zip.
    Zero.
    Zilch.

    It may move up a smidgen then jittery profit takers will bring it right back down within a week.
    P.S. Heck, I wouldn't hold any stock past a 5% profit in this market. Pocket the cash and move on.
