As I have mentioned many times , I paid out around 250k worth of loans . When I signed for the project , I accepted the finance term the book has been sold to another entity , bad luck .. PAY UP , Its like taking a loan for anything . To think you can just walk away is beyond Ridiculous , and I know the Bendigo bank will share my view .

With regard to the timber , I will be voting for the Gunns offer .
