as I posted earlier this week, Chinese already announced increasing import from 500 million tons last year to 1000 million tons. and on 24th National Development and Reform Commission announced price cap on thermal coal future between 570--770 RMB. around 125--170 dollars which is 20% higher than power price no more no less. excellent for ordinary people but not good for markerts
