I think that legally GML have a strong argument but you are dealing with a government that is not abiding by any rules..

I do think that time will show that it will be difficult for them to develop a Critical Minerals Industry given the new 100ppm and how they are treating GML given how long they have been developing the project.

Good relations is a 2 way street.... At the moment I see it as a one way street with no room for discussion,,

Geenland is rich in resources and nothing gets off the ground quickly..

The only project they have that has been progressing is the largest Rare Earth Mine in the world which they have now stopped. Anything else in Greenland at present as per my recent post is irrelevant

This project as many know can do much for Greenlands Flagging economy way of life and create many local jobs...without worrying about developing lots of other mines all up and down the Coast and elsewhere without any infrastructure...

Although Kvaenfjeld has been recognised from the 1950's as a Uranium Mine and opportunity...When I first read about GML around 2010 it was only in relation to a rare Earth mine and that was how it was being progressed. in 2013 GoG under Hammond changed the act for Uranium and therefore GML was also allowed to progress the mine with Uranium as by product.

I posted Hammonds reasons for changing the act and his key purpose to create a Mining Industry and Jobs but most important create the opportunity for Greenland to be able to be fully Independent from Denmark..

I posted that statement in one of my recent post's this should also be compared with Naaja's recent post Ref *reeinvester* with both releases being similar except for the 100ppm limit. This makes it very difficult for any mine to contemplate mining in Greenland with Rare Earth having Uranium as by product.Greenland is rich in Uranium where most current needed Green Transition minerals are found...

GML have Clearly stated on many occasions that they do not need the Uranium...

Just on that basis alone Naaja Nathanielsen should be sitting down with GML and having reasonable discussion on how the impasse can be resolved....

What GoGis doing is turning it's back on a project that has been progressing for the last 10 years based on scaremongering tactics without sitting down and having rationale discussions..

I believe that these discussion will eventually happen as Greenland's situation worsens...

I sent the hammond comment to GML for Comparison to Naaja's for comparison and thought...

A longtime ago I did have shares in Lynas well before they got to where they are now. The Australian Government stopped them doing a deal with a Chinese Company and they were in dire straights and the shares collapsed. I sold my shares as I did not want to lose money that was when they were about .35 cents... Look at the price now and where Lynas is with good management

I have not lost any money with GML but I have reduced my holding and I think the price may go lower. But what ever the companies thoughts are on other projects Kvanefjeld is the number one project and from my recent discussion with them the main focus.....

GML need to have the opportunity to clearly demonstrate to all the Strengths and Weaknesses and opportunity for them the people of Greenland in simple plain language without Political Interference...
