There are capex limits and there they are. The exemption for Lynas 2025 does nothing to change the capex limits otherwise. Amanda has successfully handled all business within the limits. I have never heard her complain about them or claim they hindered Lynas. They are limits and she has a lot of cash, that is all.
Not a big deal - never said it was. There is no reason to distort anything as it seems you are trying to do. I have no idea what catatonic and confused ContraryJ will do with the revelation; I was only knocking him off his high horse.
