The zero effort you made to clarify Efresh's clear misunderstanding of your misleading screen shot speaks for itself.
As does the lack of a link.
I suggest you try either for
1; self righteous and dismissive or
2; blatantly misleading
as it's virtually impossible to maintain both simultaneously.
There's also a time limit (2030 or less than 5 years after the current expansion plans) and a clear pattern of renegotiation (happened ?twice now) to accomodate the development of the business.
