We do have one of the lowest deaths rate per million ,just look at comparable countries in the OECD.
We are at 29 in the world for cases and out of the top fifty for cases we have 197 deaths per million,Japan 181 and St Korea 154.
I don't think Bangladesh at 173 and Pakistan at 132 are believable.
Some of the lower death rates are in countries with such low infection rates the statistics are not valid.
