Let's just get our heads perfectly clear before Smyth starts shouting that ASIC have caused the company to go in VA.....

We all need to understand and shout clearly that $40 to $52 mill disappeared via Fortitude and Pensador - perhaps Smyth can take some responsibility for that?!!

Maybe ASIC are saying no because really, enough is bloody enough.......

Go find the missing millions Smyth, and use that to get your briquettes deal to the same point as Longonjo, CdeB, the oil refinery, the diamonds, kwanza, Matanda, onshore, offshore, copper, gold, rare earths, and all the other spin and nonsense.....

So please - when it goes under - don't LET him blame ASIC for stopping him form raising funds (directors fees, and international travel) - just say 'thanks ASIC', as they can't hurt anyone else now.....
wish you were here a year ago when we REALLY needed you, and could have made a difference....
