barry i will be dumping nothing except waste from a rare earth producing mine in 23 or 24.
there are two REE deposits outside china that really worry the chinese and they are the large tonnage eudialyte deposits, one of those is the lovozero deposit but that is in Russia ,so i don't see that getting up as it needs non Chinese technology
it's really up to ggg to see if they can get the third they have the potential
