@logco, you've gone loco. You said, "Worldometer are just raw figures so that's all they are and extrapolated to per million when they have not had 1 million cases". It's not the rate per million cases, but rate per million of population.
By the way, you can do a per million rate, even when the denominator is less than a million. Say for instance a country had a population of 1,000 and 500 get covid, then the case rate would be 500,000 per million.
