I used a similar model for ASX:RAC - you are correct anything can happen and a valuation model is just that a model (and full of if's) - however, they do provide a guide on what valuations ranges there may be.
This stock like all speculative stocks are full of risks and if's. I won't be left thinking to myself in a few years time what if, to each there own.
Investing as in life is full of if's - I sometimes consider what if you no longer posted on this thread - now that is quite a valuable scenario - if only.
I think Hotcopper is a great place for individuals to air their thoughts or ideas and for engaging with other investors. Having said that you do need to take the good with bad. If you consider valuation models as worthless or bad than that's an important viewpoint and I appreciate your thoughts on the matter. I am no investment guru and wouldn't purport to be. I have made many losses and a few gains here and there mostly down to luck no doubt.
