any delay is usually bad news.
guessing they're not wanting to announce their cash position out loud
by my calc they'd have less then 30-50M left from the last cap raise.
the change in rhetoric to cost saving speaks volumes.... scrip for scrip SZL merger would be best case scenario unfortunately
looking to enter once this CR is out of the way
