    west sanctions will send any stock to china & ruskie military will divert the rest to military production
    china forced to buy on spot prices.

    expect NP to boom to 15-25.
    23.5 the all time 2008 high
    last time pan at such NP was at 330c in 2008.
    should be at 55c now

    pan sp to boom imho.
