Jimmy has lost all credibility, his position is no longer tenable. The sooner he is replaced, the better for the company. In his position as CEO, he is not willing to let shareholders know of his plans for the company or the future directions.
For the money he is paid, he needs to justify his employment or his worth. He can no longer ignored shareholders expectations as they are the owners and employers. If he thinks this is beyond him then he should stand aside for someone else who is willing to do the work.
