Just a thought as it was in the best interest of both the instos and existing Sh.
i.e if management were aware that final farm in sign would drag on. Dumping of the CR stock on top would have thumped the SP ( Not that it hasnt been already )
On the other hand it could be quite simple - The instos believe in the stock, and dont want to erode there core holding by dunmping the CR stock
