Exactly. Market loves certainty and the acquisition is now certain. Looking forward to both companies merging and the synergies this will bring.
I notice that people who are negative on zip and sezzle never mention growth as a metric in their analysis or want to draw attention to the growth side, which is strange, considering both are growth companies. Could it be that they are growing exponentially, and in the most important market in the world- USA? I think we need to be balanced in analysis and not cherry pick data from reporting- either on the positive or negative side.
