From a Russian perspective, this removes any uncertainty, but Finland was already sending stuff to Ukraine (not weapons). Surely Putin must know that the entire west is arrayed against him, if not on paper, in practice. And it has always been the case.
As for Talga it just makes Sweden ever more keen to transition to a clean energy society.
