Of course they do ! Any of the tiny Baltic states could provoke a firefight over anything and the moment Russia responds the entirety of US/NATO is at war with Russia.
They are little unstable land mines/tripwires directly on Russia's border any of them capable of dragging the whole of NATO into a war against Russia.
