if the Oligarchs want to get back to business as usual......where they strip Russia of its resources for their exclusive benefit......there would need to be a large scale clean out........

.........quite a few politicians (definitely those subject to sanctions)
.........large change in Russian foreign policy

and I don't see the Oligarchs being powerful enough to do that

it would take a military coup......and that's even less likely


we could be in for a VERY long......VERY dangerous.......stand-off
