ahh, ok. I guess I meant that the SPP is only open to shareholders who held shares as of the close of the market prior to the trading halt. That's what I was told the day of the announcement when I queried it. Apologies if that info was/is wrong. I guess wait for the info to be sent from AVX to be sure.
