The way I see it, DW8 is in a critical phase of deployment. Ensuring there is enough cash on hand to fund the next 3-6-12 months is paramount. 144 monthly installments to pay of a (relatively) small loan is a no brainer if you consider where Dean sees the company in a year or two. Sink or swim, either way $1m will be a drop on the ocean.
