    Thats because the sellers are still in control. The pattern has been, punters and day traders are sellers of QPM, investors are buyers.

    Until this pattern breaks, on any day in the short term, sellers on offer.

    It will take time, not one announcement and one day.

    IMHO it will be WELL over 14c in the months to come.
