You can see how price bounced off that little trend line. Even still, there is not a lot of volume there which backs up the Acc/Dis. Often you will get a pull back to the trendline from the Acc/Dis before it continues down - the same a lot of patterns do. I would not have bought this little bounce mainly due to the lack of interest (volume).
