I guess the point is, the current per license $ value is significantly higher - 100% - than if they were just individual Maritime licenses.
Even if all the Maritime licenses were max $1200PM, to reach $2.5 million on Maritime alone we would need circa 170 licenses.
But as Pisces says, the proof is in the pudding.
Seems to me something's cooking.
A couple more reseller licenses would be quite the feast.
