Agreed, well articulated. Where's the incentive to participate? The loan must be paid back by the end of March I think. But, you know, so much revenue coming in and the factory working double shifts etc, JAT should just be able to dip into their own coffers to pay it back you'd think.........no need to tap shareholders..... or is it just smoke and mirrors? all imo
