Alot of those seem to be assumptions - how would anyone know really what Puitins military strategy is or was

What is clear is he has not fought this urban war as say those in WW2 or in Aleppo in which the entire cityscape was the battlefield. Kiev still has power and water and for the most part remains untouched

This is not a strategy that gets you control over a metropolis such as Kiev in 2-3 days

Is there more resistance? Probably but the U army has many men under arms and defending their homeland Id be surprised if their resistance wasnt taken into account

By most reports Russia still has perhaps 70% of it men and heavy weaponry etc outside of U. If that had been deployed and we were still where we are a more compelling arguement could be mad he was bogged down and in trouble. If and when that stuff is brought to bear...the fight will get ugly and Kiev will fall rather quickly

What we wouldnt want to see is for Putin to go all scorched earth and clear the city of resistance with no regard to civilians We saw just a bit of that yesterday (vid of the Grad attack) on the other city...they could do this to the entire city if they chose...not to mention the thermo weapons
