Hi Susan,

A new 52 week high today would not surprise .... if not today, I don't think it's far away.

The chart looks very positive, ever since it made an end of week close +$6.10 on good volume.

I see AQP as a good bet each way:

Scenario 1 : more ecomomic troubles --> gold and PM's like platinum as "safe havens"

Scenario 2 : Economic recovery on track = growth in US automotive industry and catalyctic converters (good for platinum)

And ... if inflation continues to grow gold/silver/platinum/commodities will be winners.

Just some of my off the cuff musings.

However, it's the current strong technical picture that is arousing interest.
