higher the sp goes the closer the spread will be to 3.5c as the lower leverage ratio becomes decreasingly attractive. Don’t get me wrong, i think both are good buying at current levels, I’d just personally be more drawn toward the fpo’s now all things considered. Options were great buying under 1c when you could get 3:1, today it’s 1.6:1…..higher the price goes, the lower the leverage ratio. I still think we’re at least 4-6c unders at a minimum.
