Main thing as far as I can tell is that we couldn't harmonise trials between EU and US so we are running the phase III for registration in EU for now. That coincided with a pretty big drop in SP. Apart from that I think you'll be hard pressed to find someone on here that doesn't think this should be multiples of current SP. Would love to hear your thoughts
