From a freeze frame view, the missile Putin symbolically used to damage Kharkiv's Freedom Square looks like a 3M14 Kalibr (SS-N-30A).
Kalibr's are narrower than the Iskander.
Relevance? Maybe nothing but Kalibrs have very long range that was not required for this attack. It's use could be a warning.
