For the record, I believe the real re-rate will occur when the FID is issued. An update of commercials is what will get this thing moving properly imo. God knows the DFS 1.0 is so out of date it's almost irrelevant!

I think FID is going to essentially be a product of the mining license. The economics speak for themselves, there's hardly a 'decision' to be made.
