It's a bet on execution in a very uncertain period. The Board ($1.7m last year) doesn't seem have deep history with this type of business.
Maybe it will work out. Not saying they can't do it, just it doesn't look very attractive. Will have another look in Sept. Costs and debt are high, There's a lot could go wrong both internally and outside their control..
