US acts strong and decisively military: imperalists, warmongers, murderers, antagonists, baby killers, bullies.
US acts to withdraw from wars and act with restraint military: 'oooer, look how weak the are - Russia and Belarus have attacked Ukraine!', Biden is pathetic!, weak, weak, weak!, need a peaceful strongman like Trump in charge!, "bring the troops home!", "send the troops in!".....
They just can't win. Russia declared war on Ukraine and invaded Ukraine. End of story. Alt-right Putin lovers will tie themselves in knots and go round and round trying endlessly to invent justifications and hurling all sorts of smears and increasingly desperate lies to try and paper over the horrific and bloody invasion of the sovereign territory of one nation by another.
