CVN is generally very cautious and a bit conservative when it comes to announcement like the last one. I still remember when they announced Dorado, it was the same; until a poster (by the name of crab***) posted here
I seem to remember that he was chastised for his post. Well we knew what happened to the SP then, shot up to 69c shortly after.
