Yeh something seems off. Either a big seller in the mix or being primed for takeover.
Over on the A2M thread the other week there was talk of a Australian Big Dairy Company being linked with corporate action (even though A2M is NZ based).
Seems plausible seeing BGA currently trading at 6 x EBITDA.
