"Our ongoing dialogue with the authorities at the BLM in Moab and Salt Lake City continues to be very positive, ably led by our experienced BLM consultant Jim Kohler. Our first stage permit approval reports have been lodged with the BLM and now reviewed and approved in-principle by the BLM."
Positive news seems more likely but will believe it when I see it.
