Personally i think $10m USD would be more about par for the gold asset.
Sure there are plant and equipment and a tidy resource around, but it will require future capital to ramp up... so NPV'ing that scenario on what wont be a huge mine and leaving enough fat for the proponent to want to deal up, and adding sovereign risk i think that would be about fair... thats my expectation anyway...
