When starting with a new drug to treat a severe disease is good to start gradually if any problems will develop. Stamler is an expert in this field and I would trust him in this matter. I do not like the delays and ATH is already late to start this phase 2, IMO more than 1y. But when it will now start even at a low number of patients, it is a positive thing, IMO.
