That back of envelope calculation will never come about. I can’t imagine a world where total eren stump up 26.5 billion, and PRL 2.5b and they split revenue 50:50..

the initial releases were indicating a 50:50 split of cost/revenue for downstream production. Total eren would own upstream cost/revenue outright, there’s no way total eren would agree to the above terms of complete 50/50 revenue share when they’re wearing over 90% of the cost. It actually becomes uneconomical. Why invest 26.5b for only 1.7b annual revenue?

add in the fact that downstream production won’t commence until 2030-32, I can see why there’s such hesitation from the market. PRL would need to release some divinities economics, as there’s no way the JDA looks anything like what was proposed about.
