I do also expect that they will be able to progress their HP initiatives (At least three possible pathways to funding it exist - profitable Mn ore operations, a JV partner or building it in Oz (Kwinana?) and going down the pathway RNU and EGR have gone with a nationally significant project and then funding from the Australian fund for nationally significant projects. Key criteria are creating jobs, >$50m and exports. E25's HPMSM ticks all 3). I'd also agree that there is no information leakage to support any advanced HP MSM contracts because that would result in price spike.
While one of the items I noted earlier noted may not have been price sensitive, the cumulative set IMO are and I'll sit and wait/buy as monies become available.
