Hi Dingo WP has grabbed this deal for 3 very important reasons. The first is this funding gives AVR the ability to move forward with no financial pressure worrying about where future funding is comming from in a ever increasing weak financial market . The second is it now gives AVR the funds to move forward with their Nasdaq listing themselves and still keeping full control of the company . The third is when AVR does eventually list on the Nasdaq AVR will be able to promote the fact that 2 of the US biggest fund investors are AVRs first 2 biggest investors . This ultimately gives the Nasdaq investors confidence in AVR . I know the shares were very cheap in this recent transaction but what they bring to the table will have a extremely positive affect on a Nasdaq listing GLTATH
