I agree as Japan/South Korea/Taiwan and even Philippines presumably have contracts in place, and they're our long term customers not Poland or Croatia.
Although I lack knowledge about this, is one option - IF there are bulk ships available (that may be a hindrance in itself, as these ships must be pretty darn busy and fleet utilisation high already) - to temporarily reduce the stockpiles at Kooragang Island/Carrington, Newcastle, NSW?
If Hunter Valley/ Upper Hunter receive substantial rain as Sydney/Brisbane/northern NSW have, that won't help either as mines may suffer reduced production and rail lines around Maitland/Hexham may again be flooded, not that I want to be 'Mr Pessimism'.
