Nevermind that there is also a 1 for 1 issue at 3 cents for existing holders creating massive headwinds for the share price.

I've followed CZN for the last 3 years and they've destroyed so much value that they had a 20:1 consolidation just last year and were already back at 3 cents despite nickel being at a decade high.

I really hope SW has done proper due diligence because this is the first time I see such a premium being paid for such a low performing stock.

BSX also get to buy at 3 cents so their actual buy price should be 3.5 cents.

I think the thing you might be missing is that this is exactly what Corazon needed to do. They seem to have been hesitant to raise money but this will give them a fair bit of drive to get going with it.

The new area in Coolgardie is also a big area of interest for CZN once they get it all transferred to them
