Recently a mate of mine was in a major Sydney hospital for heart surgery & along with over a third of patients contacted a muti-resistant infection
so there are clearly huge opportunities to trial our anti-infective. If we are successful in treating these patients it seems reasonable that we could extrapolate of emergency treatment of sepsis as cases arise. Mind you this is only a mugs perspective.
